- You own the study data you enter. We use it to provide and improve JEETrack.
- We use PostHog for product analytics and session replay, and Razorpay for optional support contributions.
- AI Insights are automated suggestions, not professional advice, and we don't guarantee exam results.
- You can delete your account and data, subject to limited retention in backups or records where required.
1Acceptance & eligibility
These Terms govern your use of JEETrack at www.jeetrack.in, including the website and installable Progressive Web App. JEETrack is built and operated by an individual developer.
By using JEETrack, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. JEETrack is intended for JEE aspirants. If you are under 18, use the Service with the awareness and, where required by law, consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2Your account
Most features require an account using email/password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and activity under your account.

3Using JEETrack
You must use JEETrack lawfully and must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, scrape the Service at scale, upload malicious code, impersonate others, create fake accounts or data using bots, or abuse the feedback/support features.
We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the Service, users, or our systems.
4Your data & content
You retain ownership of the study data you enter, including scores, study hours, notes, tasks, backlog data, and syllabus progress. You give JEETrack a limited right to store, process, display, and use that data as necessary to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Incorrect data can produce incorrect charts, statistics, or insights.
5AI Insights & exam results
AI Insights are generated using a third-party AI service. They are automated suggestions, not professional educational, psychological, or career advice.
AI-generated content can be inaccurate. Use your judgment when acting on it. JEETrack does not guarantee JEE Main, JEE Advanced, rank, admission, or other academic or career outcomes.
6Free service & optional support
JEETrack's core Service is currently free, with no subscription required. We may introduce optional paid features in the future and will communicate material changes clearly.
Users may optionally support JEETrack through Razorpay. A support contribution is voluntary and is not required to access the free Service. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay and may be subject to its terms and privacy policy.
7Third-party services
JEETrack relies on providers including Supabase (authentication, database and backend), Vercel (hosting), Groq (AI Insights), Resend (email), Google (optional sign-in), PostHog (analytics and session replay), and Razorpay (optional support payments).
Your use of these services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes controlled by those providers.
8Intellectual property
The JEETrack name, logo, and design belong to us. JEETrack source code is published on GitHub under the license stated in that repository.
You may not use JEETrack branding to represent another product or service without permission.
9Availability & termination
We aim to keep JEETrack reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may be affected by maintenance, changes, or third-party provider failures. Features may be added, changed, or removed.
You may stop using JEETrack and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, security reasons, or discontinuation of the Service.
10Disclaimers & liability
JEETrack is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be secure, available, accurate, or free from data loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JEETrack and its developer are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, including reliance on AI Insights or loss of study data.
11Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
We may update these Terms as JEETrack evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, notifying users in-app.
